Paul A. Elliott – President
Paul held the professional designation of Incorporated Engineer and was a member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers during his time spent in Europe. He has a BSc (honors degree) in Mathematical Sciences and has an array of prestigious engineering qualifications from UK based Universities. He has also completed senior level leadership and management programs at esteemed UK based institutions.
Paul is an accomplished and versatile engineer with expertise that extends across multiple disciplines. He has a deep-seated passion for addressing climate change using innovative engineering solutions. He has held several executive positions in leading-edge companies where he spearheaded the development of leading-edge technologies aimed at revolutionizing the way we harness and utilize renewable resources. Under his stewardship, these companies achieved remarkable milestones in renewable energy use and sustainability, cementing his reputation as an accomplished engineer in the green technology sector. Paul continues to pioneer for sustainable technologies and advocating for a greener future.

Gordon MacKay - Vice Presidentt
Gordon MacKay has vast experience with working in the renewable energy sector and was the CEO of Green Energy Solutions Ltd (GES). During his tenor as the senior executive in GES he raised a significant amount of capital for bio-fuels projects. He was also involved with Global Tech Environmental Pty. Ltd., where he secured funding for worldwide green energy projects. Mr. MacKay has held the position as the Managing Director of Inter Capital Group, LLC which is a merchant banking boutique. Mr. Mackay has over twenty years of experience in finance and investment backing and has assisted in raising over $300 million in capital for his clients in over 50 transactions.
